Approved Cancellation Policy

Guests are advised to review the cancellation policy below carefully. For cancellations or modifications, please visit the “My Booking” section, where the options to cancel or modify the reservation are available in accordance with the applicable policy. Kindly check the policy details carefully to understand the applicable refund amount based on the time of cancellation.

• If check-in is 1 day or more away, free for 30 minutes after booking

• 0-1 days before: 100% charge

• 2-6 days before: 50% charge

• 7-14 days before: 25% charge

• 15-29 days before: 15% charge

• 30+ days before: 5% charge

• Extra guest price: Adult 30% · Child ₹500 · Infant No extra charge

• Pets: Not allowed

• Adults: More than 14 years

• Children: Between 6 to 14 years

• Infants: Below 6 years

• Booking requirement: One adult above 18 years is mandatory for booking.

• Standard check-in time: 12:00 noon IST

• Standard checkout time: 10:00 am IST

• Early check-in: Not available

• Late checkout: Not available

• Web check-in: Enabled

• Guests must report at reception with original IDs.

Approved Date Change Policy

Guests must review the Date Change Policy carefully before initiating any modification. Applicable charges will be determined based on the number of days prior to the scheduled check-in date.

• If check-in is 1 day or more away, free for 30 minutes after booking

• On the same day: 100% charge

• 1-6 days before: 25% charge

• 7-29 days before: 10% charge

• 30+ days before: No charge

• Only 2 driver can be accommodated at an emergency first cum first basis 1200 per night 

• Extra person-30% at the same room

• Last entry to the Resort 7:00 PM on request to Manager 

• Baby food is available on request with extra price 

• For cottage booking person extra 300 is required for trekking and trails ( No need to book extra)

• For other groups those have not booked cottage, they have to book Trekking Trails a day before
